Connection Crew: Young Adult Life Skills & Social Group: Ages 17 +

This group is designed for transition-age young adults who are seeking extra guidance in everyday life and pre-vocational skills.

At a Glance

Connection Crew focuses on practical topics, such as planning and organization, money management, self-regulation, personal safety, and navigating the community, with a short presentation, open discussion, and real-life practice. We also make space to connect, make friends, and build a strong sense of self through social time and peer support. This group offers a supportive space to learn, share, and grow while increasing your independence and confidence.
