Participants enjoy upbeat music, easy-to-follow choreography, and a supportive atmosphere that encourages movement, self-expression, and fitness.

Get ready to move, groove, and build strength in our Move Together Group at The Bridge Center! This high-energy class is designed for individuals of all abilities. This group works on motor coordination, balance, endurance, and body awareness. Whether your goal is to improve physical health, boost confidence, or have a blast with others, this group is a dynamic way to stay active and have fun!
