One Mile, Your Way: A Guided Mobility & Endurance Group: Ages 14 +

Participants work at their own pace toward a shared goal of completing one full mile with a team cheering each other on.

At a Glance

This group is designed for individuals of all abilities to improve strength, balance, and endurance in a supportive, motivating environment. Training weekly with guidance from a licensed Physical Therapist allows participants to build confidence, connect with peers, and bond over progress made. In our last session, the group will complete one mile together and celebrate this achievement!

Cost

  • $200 per person per session or $35 per person per day

Session Options

All sessions run Fridays, 9:00-9:45 a.m. Sign up for one or several sessions!

  • Session 1: September 19 - October 24 (6 weeks)
  • Session 2: October 31 - December 12 (6 weeks)
