Employment & Transition Services help youth and adults build the skills, experience, and confidence needed to achieve their employment goals. Through individualized and group support programs, career exploration, job placement, and transition-focused services, participants can access the resources they need to prepare for, obtain, and succeed in meaningful employment.

Easterseals Employment & Transition Services support individuals at different stages of their employment journey, from exploring career options and developing workplace readiness skills to securing and maintaining competitive employment. Our experienced employment specialists provide individualized guidance, skills-based training, and ongoing support tailored to each participant's goals, strengths, and needs.

Whether preparing for work, transitioning from school to adulthood, or seeking employment opportunities, participants gain the tools, experience, and confidence needed to pursue greater independence and economic self-sufficiency.

DTA Competitive Integrated Employment Services

Personalized employment services for eligible Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) clients, including career planning, job search assistance, placement, and ongoing support.
Job Development & Placement Services

Employment-focused services for individuals with disabilities, helping them build workplace skills, connect with employers, and secure and maintain competitive employment.
Transition Services (Pre-ETS)

Pre-employment and transition-focused services for students with disabilities ages 14-21 (up to their 22nd birthday), helping them build workplace-readiness skills, explore career options, and prepare for postsecondary education and employment.
