Alternative Finance Program
The Massachusetts Alternative Finance Program improves the independence and quality of life of residents with disabilities through loan opportunities specifically for assistive technology devices and services. Individuals with disabilities and family members are encouraged to apply. -
Assistive Technology (AT)
Assistive Technology (AT) uses clinical expertise to help people with disabilities expand their independence by using devices to achieve greater access to education, employment, and their community. -
Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
Augmentative & Alternative Communication Specialists work with individuals with congenital or acquired disabilities who have difficulty using speech for communication. -

College Navigator
Our College Navigator program helps students build skills beyond the college classroom and into their communities to prepare them to reach their educational and employment goals. -
Equine Assisted Services & Horseback Riding
The Equestrian Center, in Bridgewater, MA, offers horseback and adaptive riding lessons, horsemanship, animal care programs, and pony playgroups.

Job Development & Placement Services
Easterseals Massachusetts' experienced employment specialists provide training and ongoing support so people with disabilities can increase their skills and secure competitive jobs. -
Recreation
Easterseals Massachusetts is a proud provider of adaptive and supportive recreational programs for individuals with and without disabilities, statewide. A wide variety of programs are offered, including Accessible Martial Arts, Camp, and Adaptive Swimming. -
Rehabilitation Services
Easterseals Massachusetts (ESMA) provides a dedicated staff of Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP), Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to organizations throughout Massachusetts. -
Therapeutic Services at The Bridge Center
In one-on-one and group sessions, our PTs, OTs, and SLPs use the natural environment to make therapy engaging and effective. We may utilize hippotherapy in our sessions, where equine movement supports strength, communication, confidence, and lasting growth. Our Therapists also lead group programs that build skills, complementing other Therapy services with the flexibility to attend one or more sessions. -
Transition & Pre-Employment Transition Services

Youth Leadership & Mentoring
At Easterseals Massachusetts, we invite disabled youth and young adults to take part in our free programs focusing on mentorship and leadership.
Other Services & Community Programs
Easterseals Massachusetts provides a variety of services to organizations to help with staffing needs. This includes collaborations with hospitals for community-based programs, schools to assist students with daily classroom activities, and professional business services, ESMART Services℠, which offers Human Resources, Information Technology, and Financial services.

Consumer Technology Tech Support & Training
Consumer tech support can fulfill technology referrals for basic computer setups for MassAbility participants. Easterseals’ technicians can provide system delivery, setup, and technical support online, over the phone, or in person.

ESMA, a leader in providing disability services across Massachusetts, offers administrative and professional services to small nonprofits to support critical back-office functions. -
Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children
ESMA collaborates with Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children (PRHC) to provide staffing solutions for recreational and programming needs. -
Student Service Aides (SSA)
Easterseals Massachusetts’ Student Service Aides are available for contract in schools and specialized programs statewide. These experienced Paraprofessionals support students of all abilities, assist with daily classroom activities, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
