Easterseals Massachusetts provides a variety of services to organizations to help with staffing needs.

Overview

This includes collaborations with hospitals for community-based programs, schools to assist students with daily classroom activities, and professional business services, ESMART Services℠, which offers Human Resources, Information Technology, and Financial services.

    Consumer Technology Tech Support & Training

    Consumer tech support can fulfill technology referrals for basic computer setups for MassAbility participants. Easterseals’ technicians can provide system delivery, setup, and technical support online, over the phone, or in person.

    ESMA, a leader in providing disability services across Massachusetts, offers administrative and professional services to small nonprofits to support critical back-office functions.

    Student Service Aides (SSA)

    Easterseals Massachusetts’ Student Service Aides are available for contract in schools and specialized programs statewide. These experienced Paraprofessionals support students of all abilities, assist with daily classroom activities, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
