Easterseals Massachusetts is a proud provider of adaptive and supportive recreational programs for individuals with and without disabilities, statewide. A wide variety of programs are offered, including Accessible Martial Arts, Camp, and Adaptive Swimming.

Our Programs

We provide supportive recreational programs for individuals with disabilities, including our Accessible Martial Arts classes and Adaptive Swim Program. Be sure to explore additional opportunities available at the Bridge Center.

    Accessible Martial Arts

    Every Thursday at 6:00 p.m., we hold a virtual class for people with and without disabilities to learn and practice self-defense, stretching, exercise, and relaxation techniques.

    Adaptive Swim Program

    Led by aquatics instructors and a lifeguard, groups will participate in fun safety activities and water games that maximize independence in the water.

    Recreation at The Bridge Center

    TBC offers recreational and skill-building activities in a supportive and nurturing environment accessible to all. Registration is now open!

    The Bridge Center

    The Bridge Center, located at 470 Pine Street, Bridgewater, MA 02324, is a fully accessible, 22-acre campus offering Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech and Language Pathology (SLP), and year-round recreation and equine assisted programs for individuals with and without disabilities.
