Our Programs

Accessibility is Our Priority

    Accessible Martial Arts

    Every Thursday at 6:00 p.m., we hold a virtual class for people with and without disabilities to learn and practice self-defense, stretching, exercise, and relaxation techniques.

    Adaptive Swim Program

    Led by aquatics instructors and a lifeguard, groups will participate in fun safety activities and water games that maximize independence in the water.

    Recreation at The Bridge Center

    TBC offers recreational and skill-building activities in a supportive and nurturing environment accessible to all. Registration is now open!

    The Bridge Center

    The Bridge Center is a fully accessible, 22-acre campus offering Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech and Language Pathology (SLP), and year-round recreation and equine assisted programs for individuals with and without disabilities.
