Adaptive Swim Program

Adaptive Swim at the YWCA of Central Massachusetts 
We currently have a waitlist for both sessions.

Easterseals Massachusetts is offering a year-round adaptive swim program at the YWCA of Central Massachusetts. Led by aquatics instructors and a lifeguard, groups will participate in fun safety activities and water games that maximize independence in the water. The swim program is open to individuals with disabilities of all ages and their families.

Location:   Worcester YWCA, 1 Salem Square, Worcester
Dates:        Current session is the first Saturday and last Sunday of each month from January 3, 2026, through June 7, 2026.*
Time:         Ages 5-12: 2:00 - 2:45 p.m.
                   Ages 13+: 3:00 - 3:45 p.m.
Cost:          Free

Adaptive Swim at the YWCA of Central Massachusetts 

We currently have a waitlist for both sessions. 

Location:   Bennett Field Pool, 1260 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01603
Dates:        Current session is on Friday mornings from July 11, 2026, through August 15, 2026
Time:         Ages 5-12: 9:00 - 9:45 a.m.
                   Ages 13+: 10:00 - 10:45 a.m.
Cost:          Free
