Easterseals Massachusetts Competitive Integrated Employment Services (CIES) helps eligible Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) participants prepare for, secure, and maintain meaningful employment. Our experienced employment specialists provide individualized career planning, job search assistance, placement support, and ongoing guidance tailored to each participant's strengths, interests, and employment goals.
