Therapeutic Groups

Register for Therapeutic Groups designed for children, teens, and adults. Led by experienced therapists, each session offers a supportive environment that encourages learning, growth, and connection.

Our Therapeutic Groups provide structured, engaging opportunities for children, teens, and young adults to build skills, strengthen social connections, and support their overall development. These groups are open to participants within designated age ranges and can complement individual therapy services.

Each group is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of every participant in a supportive environment, led by experienced physical or occupational therapists. Themes often include movement, play, sensory exploration, and nature‑based activities, creating meaningful experiences for individuals of all abilities.

With a variety of offerings throughout the year, families can choose one or more sessions that inspire movement, creativity, confidence, and connection. There is truly something for everyone.

    This group is designed for transition-age young adults who are seeking extra guidance in everyday life and pre-vocational skills.
