Therapeutic Groups

Our Therapeutic Groups provide structured, engaging opportunities for children, teens, and young adults to build skills, strengthen social connections, and support their overall development. These groups are open to participants within designated age ranges and can complement individual therapy services.

Each group is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of every participant in a supportive environment, led by experienced physical or occupational therapists. Themes often include movement, social skills, sensory exploration, and nature‑based activities, creating meaningful experiences for individuals of all abilities. 

With a variety of offerings throughout the year, there are opportunities to choose from one or more sessions that inspire movement, creativity, confidence, and connection.
