Wellness & Skills-Building Groups

Register for therapeutic programs for children, teens, and adults. Led by experienced therapists, each group provides a supportive environment that encourages learning and personal growth.

Our Wellness & Skills Building Groups are recreational therapeutic programs designed to empower children, teens, and young adults to reach their full potential by enhancing communication, physical development, and teamwork skills. Groups are available to anyone in the designated age groups and may complement other Therapy services.

All groups are developed to meet the needs of each individual in a supportive environment, led by experienced physical or occupational therapists. Common themes among the groups include movement, play, fun, sensory-focused, and nature-based. Participants of all abilities are welcome.

With a variety of programs, there is something for everyone in the family. You have the opportunity to join one or more sessions designed to inspire movement, creativity, and confidence.
